About FairWork Ready

Fair compliance, for everyone.

Built to give UK employers a fair shot at compliance — without the £500 solicitor bill, the £100-a-month subscription, or the stack of generic templates last updated in 2019.

Chapter I

Who we are

FairWork Ready is built and operated by Adherence Digital Ltd, a UK-based digital agency. We build software that helps businesses navigate complexity — from operational tooling to regulatory compliance.

The Employment Rights Act 2025 introduced the most significant overhaul of UK employment law since 1996. Day-one statutory sick pay. Expanded written statement requirements. A unified enforcement body with unannounced inspection powers.

We looked at the market and found a gap. The options were either expensive — £500-plus of solicitor time, or £100-a-month HR software contracts with minimum terms — or inadequate, relying on generic template packs that had not been updated for the 2025 Act. Most small employers were simply unaware the changes had happened at all.

So we built FairWork Ready. Ten minutes. Ninety-nine pounds. Seven documents, customised to your business, ready to adopt. No subscription, no sales call, no gatekeeping.

Chapter II

Why we built it

Employers deserve affordable, accessible compliance help — not expertise gate-kept behind professional fees that only larger businesses can absorb. A twelve-person construction firm or a thirty-person hospitality business should be able to get audit-ready in ten minutes, for a one-off cost that does not hurt.

If you employ people in the UK, the Fair Work Agency applies to you. Being unaware is not a defence, and "we were waiting for guidance" is not a defence either. — The Compliance Brief, Issue 01

What we are not

Plain language

We are not a law firm.

Our compliance pack provides professionally generated templates, not legal advice. The documents are drafted to reflect UK employment law at the date of issue and are suitable for the day-to-day compliance documentation that FWA inspectors check. For complex situations — TUPE transfers, redundancy programmes, employment disputes, tribunal defence — we recommend consulting a qualified employment solicitor.

Template refresh access

Employment law does not stand still. The Employment Rights Act has further provisions coming into force through 2026 and 2027, and HMRC updates statutory rates each April. For twelve months after your purchase, refreshed templates are available on request if HMRC announces a statutory rate change or primary employment legislation is amended in a way that materially affects the wording of the pack.

Refreshes are on request — email us and we will send you a refreshed version. This is template support, not a compliance warranty and not legal advice. See our Terms of Service for the full scope.
